Confronting a white canvas can be daunting, particularly as there are so many different ways of beginning a work of art.
In this short course you will be introduced to several methods of constructing a painting from images that are provided by the teacher. When students work from the same picture, this enables many different outcomes to be viewed at the completion of each project, and is a fast learning experience.
A fee for the use of paints and mediums in this introductory course is included in the cost.
Lenore Howard is a well-known professional artist with many major exhibitions and has taught beginners from Certificate through to Diploma levels at TAFE.
